ALKALINE BASED SYSTEMS.
Our Alkaline Phenolic binders are specifically formulated for the ester-cured phenolic moulding process. This binder system is known for its excellent thermal stability and low emissions, ensuring environmentally responsible operations while delivering high-strength cores and moulds.
This two-part binder system is composed of a water-based resole resin cured with a liquid ester co-reactant. It can be used in most casting processes. While DZanetech offers a wide range of co-reactants suitable for varying levels of productivity, our AP system is ideal for all castings productions.

AP CATALYSTS
The Curetek series is a range of low-viscosity co-reactants for ester-cured phenolic no-bake resin. These blends of esters and proprietary ingredients, when used with our Phenobond™ ester-cured no-bake resins, provide a curing range from slow to fast.
Our Curetek range offers excellent casting properties, optimal work and strip times, and is suitable for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is particularly well-suited for the rapid production of both cores and molds and can be used with a variety of foundry sands.
KALTHARZ 8500
Kalthardz 8500 is highly versatile hybrid system, suitable for the manufacture of moulds, dyes, and cores for high-quality steel casting. This binder system offers excellent thermal performance and strength, ensuring precision and reliability in demanding foundry applications. Due to the high quality of the resin, small quantities need to be added to achieve good strength values, combining technical benefits with operational efficiency.
PENTEX
Our PUNB is the industry standard in no bake and is best suited for an automated production line (roller-loop or turn table). This 3-part no bake system is known for its exceptional quality and fully controllable curing reactions.
Our PUNB can produce fully cured moulds in less than 90 seconds. Speed, application flexibility and overall ease of use make this binder ideal for satisfying just about any core and mould-making requirement.
ACID BASED SYSTEMS.
D-RAN 2112 is an acid based system designed for acid curing. Actual curing speed can be controlled by the dosage and quality of the hardener to almost any extent to guarantee a good casting surface. Strengths achieved are very high and permit minimal amounts of binder to be added.
Furan Resin is designed to create robust and durable castings, making it ideal for metal casting applications, including steel. This binder system ensures exceptional strength, dimensional stability, and superior resistance to thermal shock, contributing to efficient production and high-quality castings.
ACID BASED CATALYSTS
D-RAN SLOW: A medium to slow acid catalyst, recommended for use with furan and acid phenolic resin
D-RAN FAST: A fast acid catalyst for winter, recommended for use with furan and acid phenolic resin.
