Alkaline Phenolic System
This two-part binder system is composed of a water-based resole resin cured with a liquid ester co-reactant. It can be used in most casting processes.
While DZanetech offers a wide range of co-reactants suitable for varying levels of productivity, our AP system is ideal for all castings productions.
A robust hybrid system suitable for foundries with varying quality of reclaimed sand, our AP resin assists with reliable work times and strengths on flaskless and boxed sand moulds.
This alkaline phenolic resin inhibits moisture absorption in sand moulds, which in turn lowers the possibility of gas defects in castings. Our AP resin has a higher sintering temperature than most sodium-based resins and is the preferred resin for mechanical reclamation. This resin is suited for steel, stainless-steel and iron castings.

The P Range specifically assists with an enhanced through cure to prevent bending in flaskless moulds.
Furan resin low nitrogen
This binder is designed for acid curing. Actual curing speed can be controlled by the dosage and quality of the hardener to almost any extent to guarantee a good casting surface. Strengths achieved are very high and permit minimal amounts of binder to be added.

A medium to slow acid catalyst, recommended for use with furan and acid phenolic resin

A fast acid catalyst for winter, recommended for use with furan and acid phenolic resin
PUNB No Bake
Our PUNB is the industry standard in no bake and is best suited for an automated production line (roller-loop or turn table).This 3-part no bake system is known for its exceptional quality and fully controllable curing reactions.
Our PUNB can produce fully cured moulds in less than 90 seconds. Speed, application flexibility and overall ease of use make this binder ideal for satisfying just about any core and mould-making requirement.
